Yellow Door Bistro is teaming up with Innis & Gunn and Coop Wines & Spirits to bring a memorable evening of exceptional cuisine and notable, Scottish brew for an curiously perfect match. Beginning with good fortune, Innis & Gunn’s distinctive depth of flavor is the result of maturing beer in oak barrels. Originally to be used for whisky, the barrels ended up transforming the beer into an unusually refined brew. Now, Innis & Gunn is dedicated to sharing the unique flavours of their oak aged beers with the world, proving that a little luck can go a long way. With that luck comes a beer-inspired menu, curated by Yellow Door Bistro Chef de Cuisine, Quinn Staple.
